SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Our factory, which acts with the principle of "human first" at every stage of production and management.

To comply with the Labor Law No. 4857, Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, ILO Conventions and the principles of Social Responsibility Standard stated below

Prevention of Child Labor and Youth Labor

To comply with the procedures and principles regarding the employment of children and young workers, not to employ anyone under the age of 15 or who has not completed compulsory education, and to encourage the same sensitivity among our business partners and stakeholders

Prevention of Forced Labor

Not to force employees to work or remain at the workplace, not to collaborate with illegal labor providers, and not to act as a recruiter, intermediary, or facilitator for any form of forced or smuggled labor

Health and Safety

 To comply with all relevant laws and regulations, to foster a corporate culture that prioritizes Occupational Health and Safety, and to prevent workplace accidents by taking all necessary precautions with the active participation of all employees 

Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining

To respect and protect employees’ rights by strictly adhering to employment contracts, Turkish labor laws, and regulations, and not to interfere with employees’ rights to organize, meet, express opinions, or defend their individual freedoms

Non-Discrimination

To employ all staff fairly without discrimination based on religion, language, race, age, belief, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political preference, marital status, skin color, HIV status, AIDS, pregnancy status, union membership, family responsibilities, conscious or unconscious bias, social group, or ethnic origin. This applies to recruitment, wages and benefits, promotion, discipline, termination, and retirement

Disciplinary Practices

To prohibit mistreatment of employees, including verbal, physical, or psychological harassment, pressure, violence, or mobbing. To operate with zero tolerance for corruption, fraud, discrimination, embezzlement, or bribery. To act fairly, honestly, legally, and ethically, without imposing arbitrary penalties or wage deductions as disciplinary measures 

Working Hours

To regulate working and overtime hours in a humane manner, in accordance with applicable laws and obligations

Wages and Compensation

To determine wages in line with legal requirements and collective agreements, ensuring fair living standards for employees and their families, and to expect the same sensitivity from our business partners and stakeholders

Management System

To establish a management system aligned with the Social Responsibility Standard, ensuring equal opportunities for training, orientation, and development of employees


To support the activities of the Social Performance Team, consisting of management and worker representatives, in developing, maintaining, and implementing social rights as well as occupational health and safety practices, and to provide the necessary resources through top management

 

To ensure that all employees are informed and aware of their rights under this Social Responsibility Policy, with the ability to directly contact the Social Performance Team whenever necessary
